What file formats do you support?
CSV (.csv), Excel 2007+ (.xlsx), and older Excel (.xls). Files must be under 50 MB. No formatting required — Palm's column detector reads your headers automatically.
Do I need to reformat my carrier statements?
No. Palm analyzes your column headers and maps them to the required fields. For files you upload regularly, you can save a template so mapping is instant next time.
What happens if I upload the same file twice?
Nothing bad. Palm deduplicates every row by hashing the key fields (date, amount, carrier, type). Duplicate rows are silently skipped.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your data and access remain until the end of the billing period — nothing is deleted.
Is my commission data secure?
All data is scoped strictly to your account — no other user can see your records. Storage is encrypted at rest and in transit on US-hosted infrastructure.
