See what
you've earned
by lunch.
Palm reads your statements — CSV, Excel, whatever your carriers send — and tells you, in plain dollars, what you've actually earned this year.
Three steps between your inbox
and your paycheck.
Drop in the file.
CSV or Excel, any carrier. We read the columns — even the weird ones — and remember your mapping next time.
We match it.
Duplicates removed, pending commissions reconciled against what you're owed, carriers normalized across statements.
You see the truth.
Total earned. What's owed. What hasn't paid out yet. No spreadsheets, no carrier logins, no guesswork.
Small things, done well.
Every row, hashed.
SHA-256 on date, amount, carrier and client. Re-upload the same statement twice — nothing breaks.
Know what's owed.
Enter a policy you sold; Palm matches it when the carrier pays — or flags it when they don't.
Map once, forever.
Tell Palm what each carrier's “Comm Amt” column really is. We'll remember next month.
Recurring, visible.
Long-term trails get their own view, so you can see the baseline that shows up every month.
One price.
No surprises.
Try Palm with your own statements. Full feature set. No credit card. After 7 days you decide if it stays.

Things agents
actually ask.
Not a glossary. The questions we get most, answered without legalese.
Is my data actually private?
Row-level security in Postgres. Your data is scoped to your account — not even our team can read it without explicit permission. And you can export and delete everything in one click.
Which carriers do you support?
All of them. Palm reads any CSV or Excel file, and our column detector figures out the format automatically — even for small regional carriers.
What if my statement is a PDF?
PDF support is on the roadmap. For now, convert it to CSV first (most carriers give you that option in their portal, or Excel handles it cleanly).
Can my assistant use this too?
Team accounts are coming. For now it's designed for one agent — your book, your login, your data.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Access remains until the end of your paid period — nothing is deleted.
Is there an agency plan?
Not yet. We're focused on solo agents first. If you run an agency, send us a message through the feedback form and we'll keep you posted.
